Okay, so I finally got my hands on a 2015 Ninja ZX-6R. It’s something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time. I’d been eyeing this specific model for ages, so when I saw one pop up for a decent price, I just had to jump on it.

Getting Started
First things first, I picked up the bike. Drove out to the seller’s place, checked it over to make sure everything looked alright, and then loaded it up onto my truck. Gotta say, seeing it in person was even better than the pictures.
Initial Checks and Tweaks
- Checked the oil – looked good.
- Checked the tires – pressure was a little low, so I pumped them up.
- Made sure the chain wasn’t too loose or too tight.
- Took a quick peek at the brakes just in case.
- Also check my front and rear light, make sure them looks all good.
I spent a good hour just going over everything, making sure all the basics were covered. I’m not a mechanic, but I know enough to spot anything seriously wrong.
The First Ride
Oh man, that first ride! I took it easy at first, just getting a feel for the bike. The power on this thing is insane. It’s so smooth and responsive, totally different from anything else I’ve ridden.
Once get used to it, I began to try to accelerate. Gosh! The speed increase so fast! I love it!

Little Issues…
After a few miles, I noticed the clutch felt a bit… off. A little spongy, maybe? I also felt like the front end was a tiny bit shaky at higher speeds. Nothing major, but definitely things I wanted to look into.
Fixing Things Up
Back home, I decided to tackle the clutch first. I watched some videos on YouTube and bleed the clutch.
After doing that, I also do a test drive, but that clutch still felt a bit spongy. So, I decided to replaced a new clutch cable. And, that solved my clutch problem.
About the front end shaky problem, I try to tight the bolt, and thankfully, that problem also gone.

Enjoy
After fixed those little issue, I can finally enjoy this bike. Man! I love it.
