Alright, guys, let’s dive into something I’ve been digging into lately: the Sixers’ playoff history. It’s been a wild ride, to say the least, and I wanted to put all my findings in one place. So, I started by just, you know, Googling around – “Sixers playoff history,” “Sixers best seasons,” that kind of stuff.

I spent a good chunk of time just browsing through different websites, trying to get a general feel for things. I mean, we all know about the Iverson era, right? But I wanted to go deeper. So I created a simple list by myself, to jot down notes of every season they made the playoffs.
My Rough Notes(From Websites)
- Championship years: I figured those were important.
- Key players: Who was balling out during those runs?
- Notable series: Any crazy upsets or heartbreaks?
Then, I started to get a little more organized. and organized all my jumbled notes into something that made a bit more sense.
Man, there were so many ups and downs. The championship years were obviously amazing, but even some of the losses were epic. I mean, who could forget some of those battles with the Celtics or the Bulls?
It made to remember all details,so I decided re-watch the key games again.

Finally, I felt like I had a pretty good grasp of the whole picture. All those notes, articles, got all organized. It’s not perfect, but it’s a solid overview of the Sixers’ playoff journey. It’s been a fun trip down memory lane, and hopefully, this little project of mine helps some fellow Sixers fans appreciate the team’s history a bit more.
