Why I Started Taking Supplements
Got sick of feeling sluggish after workouts. Saw these heavyweight cut supplements ads everywhere saying they’d boost energy and shred fat. Thought – why not try? My jeans were tighter than last year anyway.

Picking What to Buy
Researched like crazy for three nights straight. Watched YouTube reviews until 2AM. Asked my gym buddy Dave – dude swore by two brands. Checked prices online and nearly choked. Ended up ordering three different tubs:
- The blue one everyone raves about
- The cheap green powder with neon packaging
- Some fancy organic stuff my vegan coworker recommended
My Testing Routine
Mixed the blue powder first thing Monday morning. Tasted like somebody melted down sour candy. Chugged it before my 6AM jog. Felt jittery but damn – ran two extra miles without stopping.
Tried the green stuff Wednesday. Mixed it with my oatmeal – mistake. Texture like wet sand. Halfway through my weight session, stomach started bubbling. Had to cut workout short. Total waste.
Saved the expensive organic one for Friday. Smelled like dead leaves. Forced it down with a banana. Zero energy kick. Just felt… exactly the same. Probably placebo juice.
After Two Weeks
Honest results? Blue stuff actually worked. Dropped 3 pounds without changing diet. But man – my wallet cried paying for that tiny tub. Green powder gave me gas every single time. Felt bloated as hell. That fancy organic supplement? Might as well drink rainwater.

Final Thoughts
Would I recommend? Only the blue one – but prepare to sell a kidney. Others aren’t worth your cash unless you enjoy toilet marathons or flushing money. If I do this again? Maybe just stick to black coffee and push harder at the gym.
