Got into a bar debate last night about who won that Artem Vakhitov versus Israel Adesanya fight. Everybody kept yelling wrong names and wrong dates. Woke up today thinking “gotta settle this properly”.
My Stupid Simple Method
Grabbed my cold coffee and fired up the laptop. Typed “Vakhitov Adesanya result” straight into search like a caveman. Didn’t even spell Artem right at first.
First page flooded with:
- UFC highlight reels
- Adesanya’s Insta posts
- Some boxing forum from 2018
Scrolled past four pages feeling dumber by the minute. Almost clicked some shady “live results” site till I remembered last month’s malware scare.
The Click That Worked
Finally saw a site called “Combat Chronicles” – sounded like somebody’s basement blog. Took the risk. Page loaded slower than my grandma’s dial-up.
Boom – right at the top:
- Big fat header “GLORY 77 Results”
- Date: Feb 27, 2021
- Location: Amsterdam (who knew?)
Scanned down and nearly choked on coffee grounds.
Holy Shit Moment
There it was in Comic Sans font (seriously):

Felt like reality glitched. Double-checked the names five times. Even copied “Vakhitov” to make sure I wasn’t hallucinating letters.
