Okay, so today, let’s talk about my experience with Paula Rusa.
I saw this account, paula__rusa, on Instagram a while back. They have a pretty solid following – around 403,000 followers or something. They do not follow a lot of people, only 74. I guess it makes sense that many people are interested in them.
I remember seeing a post with many likes – I think it was 28,000 likes and 336 comments. They posted that on February 25th. Man, that’s a lot of engagement. It made me think, “What’s the big deal?” So, I started following them and checking out their content.
Then there’s another account, goddess__paula, with 11,000 likes and 87 comments on a post from September 30th. I was like, “Okay, so many people, what is going on here?” I was really curious.
I also ran into something called “#SheByDC” mentioned somewhere. And saw it was related to this month. So, I dug around a little and saw that it had to do with the “Paula’s Choice” brand. It clicked that they were reviewing beauty products. I got it. It was a product review.
I found a specific review for “Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant.” I watched it and it sounded interesting. I decided to give it a shot myself. I ordered the product. I used it for a few weeks.
- First, I washed my face like usual.
- Then I applied the exfoliant.
- I followed the instructions to wait for it to absorb.
- I finished with my regular moisturizer.
Honestly, I didn’t notice a huge difference at first. But after a couple of weeks, my skin felt smoother. Maybe it was the exfoliant, maybe it wasn’t. I guess I gotta keep using it to be sure. I’m gonna keep experimenting and see what happens.
It was an interesting experience. I’m not sure if I’m fully sold on the product yet, but I’m definitely curious to see how it goes in the long run. It’s a journey, I guess. I’ll keep you guys posted.
My honest review
All in all, it was cool to discover something new through social media. Social media is amazing. It’s wild how much stuff you can find just by scrolling through your feed. I’m always down to try new things and share my thoughts, so I thought, why not share this experience with you guys? Maybe it helped some of you to get some information. I hope it did.
That’s it for today’s little adventure. Stay tuned for more random stuff I find and try. You never know what I’ll get into next. It is always a surprise, even for me. This is the exciting part!
