Okay, so the other day I was digging into the 2016 NBA draft, just for fun, you know? I wanted to see how all those picks panned out. Here’s how I went about it.
First, I fired up my trusty old browser. Nothing fancy, just the usual one I always use. Then I typed in “2016 NBA draft picks” into the search bar. Boom, tons of results.
I clicked on the first couple of links, just to get a feel for what was out there. I wanted something clean and easy to read, not some jumbled mess of stats.
My Research Process
- Started with a simple search.
- Checked out a few different sites.
- Looked for a clear and easy-to-read presentation.
I found one site that looked pretty good. It had the whole list, from number 1 down to 60. You know, Ben Simmons at the top, all the way down.
Then I started going through the list, name by name. I recognized some of the bigger names, of course, like Brandon Ingram, Jaylen Brown, and Jamal Murray. But I was curious about the guys further down, the ones who maybe didn’t make such a big splash.
I spent a good chunk of time just browsing, reading about where these guys ended up. Some are still in the league, some are playing overseas, and some are probably doing something totally different now.
It’s kind of wild to think about how much hype there is around the draft, and then how different things can turn out. All that potential, and you just never really know for sure.
