Alright, so I finally got around to messing with the Harden 7s. I’ve had them sitting in my closet for a while, and I figured it was time to actually see what they’re all about.

First things first, I unboxed them. Pretty standard stuff there. The box was a little beat up, but whatever, the shoes were fine. I checked them, I was like, “Okay, these look pretty cool.”
Getting Them On
The real test, of course, is actually putting them on. I tried to slip my foot in. It was a little bit of a struggle getting my foot in there. They’re definitely snug, which I guess is good for support, but, man, it took some work. Maybe I should have loosened the laces more at the start, gonna do it later.
- Laces:They’re… laces. Nothing fancy, but they seem sturdy enough. I tightened them up, trying to find a good balance between comfortable and secure.
- Fit:Like I said, snug. Almost too snug at first, but after walking around a bit, they started to feel better. My toes had enough room, which is important for me.
Moving Around
I wear it for walking around my living room, just to get a feel for them. The cushioning felt pretty good, bouncy even. Then, I figured I’d do some quick little movements, some small jumps, really pushing them, but indoor. I didn’t want to scuff them up before I actually got a chance to take them.
It’s great, the shoes felt solid, didn’t slip, it’s good.
Next time, I’ll take them outdoors and see how they handle some real action. But for now, my first impressions are pretty positive. They’re definitely snug, but in a supportive way, and the cushioning feels great.
