Okay, so I was messing around with Stable Diffusion today, and I decided to try generating some, uh, “artistic” images. Specifically, I wanted to see if I could create an image of Ronda Rousey… nude.

I know, I know, it sounds kinda sketchy, but hear me out. It’s more about exploring the capabilities (and limitations) of AI image generation than anything else. Plus, I’m a big fan of Ronda, and I was curious to see what the AI would come up with.

My Process

First, I fired up my Stable Diffusion setup. I’ve got a pretty decent rig, so generating images doesn’t take too long. I started with a basic prompt:

  • “nude ronda rousey”

Pretty straightforward, right? Well, the results were… interesting. Let’s just say the AI had a bit of trouble with the “nude” part. I got a lot of weird, distorted images. Some had her in a bikini, others had her fully clothed, and a few were just plain bizarre.

So, I tweaked the prompt a bit. I added some more descriptive terms, like:

  • “photorealistic”
  • “high resolution”
  • “8k”

I also tried adding some negative prompts to filter out unwanted elements:

  • “clothes”
  • “bikini”
  • “bra”

This helped a little, but the results were still pretty hit-or-miss. The AI seemed to struggle with accurately depicting human anatomy, especially in a, shall we say, “unclothed” state.

I played around with different settings, like the sampling method and the CFG scale, but nothing seemed to make a huge difference. The AI just couldn’t quite nail the image I had in my head.

The End Result

After a couple of hours of experimenting, I finally got an image I thought was alright. Not good, but just ok. It was far from perfect, of course. There were still some anatomical weirdness and the overall quality wasn’t amazing, but it was the best I could manage.

Honestly, the whole experience was more frustrating than anything else. It showed me that while AI image generation is incredibly powerful, it still has a long way to go, especially when it comes to complex and potentially controversial subjects. I think I’ll stick to generating landscapes and cute animals for now.
