Alright, so, I went to the Globe Life Field the other day, and let me tell you, parking was a bit of a puzzle. I mean, I’d heard things, but experiencing it firsthand? Whole different story.

First off, I started cruising around, looking for a spot. I saw signs for different lots – Lot K, Lot B, you name it. There was even a 4Runner Lot. Seriously, who has a 4Runner Lot? Anyway, I drove past this big hotel, Loews Arlington, which I guess is new or something. They said it’s coming in 2024, so maybe that’s why it looked so fancy.
I ended up in Lot B. I parked my car and took a look around. This place is huge! I mean, you could fit a small town in this parking lot. It took me a good 15 minutes just to walk from my car to the actual field. Good thing I wore comfy shoes, or I’d be singing a different tune right now.
Here are a few things I noticed while walking around:
- Tons of Spaces: Like I said, this place is massive. You’d think with all these spots, parking would be a breeze, right?
- Signs Everywhere: They have signs for everything, which is helpful, I guess. Lot K, Lot B, even where the GLP offices are.
- Hotel Proximity: That Loews hotel is right there. I bet it’s going to be super convenient for folks staying there when it opens.
- Data from: Tripadvisor 3DMaps: There are information boards with data, very interesting.
After walking for a little, I finally reached the stadium. It’s a big one, that’s for sure. Now, I didn’t go inside this time, but I heard they have Wi-Fi, it’s air-conditioned, and they have TVs. All the good stuff. Oh, and it’s accessible, which is always good to know.
Someone told me that there is free parking if you go in for a pre game beer or snack. I think that’s a good idea, but I didn’t try it this time. I think next time I will go with a valet parking, I read that it’s available at Live! by Loews. I guess it’s around 39$ or something. I was just trying to figure out the parking situation on my own.

So, that’s my little adventure with the parking at Globe Life Field. It’s a bit of a trek, but hey, it’s all part of the experience, right? Next time, I might just take them up on that pre-game beer offer, or just simply use valet parking. You know, for research purposes.
