Alright, so I needed some work done on my ride. Nothing crazy, just some regular maintenance and I wanted to check out a new spot. Heard about this place, JW Motorsports in Bellflower, so I figured, why not?
First thing I did was, obviously, I gotta scope them out online. I looked for their website and any info, you know, checked out their social media a bit too if they have, just to see what kind of vibe they had, what kind of cars they usually work on – that sort of thing.
Next up, called them up. Gotta get a feel for their customer service, right? Asked about their availability, pricing for the stuff I needed, the basic run-down. The guy on the phone, he was pretty chill, answered all my questions without making me feel like an idiot, which is always a plus.
The Visit
So, I booked an appointment and rolled up to their shop. First impressions? It was…a shop. Clean enough, organized-ish, you know, not one of those places where you’re afraid to touch anything. I talked to the mechanic, went over what I wanted, and they took a look at my car. We talked about my need and if they have some extra services, made me feel easy.
They gave me a time estimate, and I decided to run some errands while they worked on it. Got a call a few hours later, car’s ready. Went back, they explained everything they did, showed me the old parts (always ask to see the old parts!), and the car felt good as new driving it home, I have to say.
My Thoughts
- Customer Service: Pretty solid. Friendly, helpful, no complaints there.
- Work Quality: Seemed good. Everything I asked for was done, and my car definitely felt better after.
- Price: I think their price is in the mid-range. So I’m Okay with that.
- Overall: Yeah, I’d probably go back. It wasn’t some mind-blowing experience, but it was a good, honest shop, and that’s what I need.
