Okay, so I got these things called bourbon chiller golf balls. I’m not really a golfer, but I do enjoy a good glass of bourbon now and then. And I thought these golf ball-shaped chillers would be a neat little addition to my routine.
The idea is simple. You take these crystal golf balls and stick them in the freezer for a while. Then, when you’re ready for a drink, you just pop them into your glass instead of ice.
First, I washed them off because, you know, they’re new. Then I put them in the freezer. I think I left them in there for about four or five hours, just to make sure they were good and cold.

When it was time for my evening drink, I poured myself a glass of bourbon, and carefully added the frozen golf balls. They looked pretty cool in the glass, I gotta say. And they definitely chilled the drink down, but not in an unpleasant way.
The best part? No watered-down bourbon. The flavor stayed strong and true from the first sip to the last. I think the temperature dropped a few degrees. Maybe it doesn’t get as cold as ice, but it’s definitely more enjoyable because it doesn’t water down the taste.

So, would I recommend these bourbon chiller golf balls? Yeah, I think I would. They’re a fun, unique way to chill your drink without diluting it. Plus, they just look cool. If you’re a bourbon lover or a golf fan, or both, you might want to give these a try. They’re definitely a conversation starter, and they do the job they’re supposed to do.
It’s been a few weeks now, and I’ve used them several times. They’re holding up well, and they still work just as good as the first time. Overall, I’m pretty happy with this little experiment. It’s a simple pleasure, but it’s one that I’ve come to appreciate.

These things are pretty durable. I even dropped one on the floor by accident, and it didn’t break or anything. So, that’s a plus. I just rinsed it and put back to the freezer.
