Okay, so I’ve been following the Scottish Premiership for a while now, and the Celtic vs. St. Johnstone matchup always gets me going. I mean, it’s Celtic, right? They’re almost always the ones to beat.

I remember one time I was trying to watch one of these games, but man, finding a way to watch it was a pain. I eventually found out that a streaming service called Paramount+ shows some of the games, which was cool. This was a while back, though, so I don’t know if that’s still true or not.
Another time I decided I wanted all the details about an upcoming match. I just googled it and looked at some websites. One of them was called The Sporting News, and they had all sorts of stuff like kickoff times and who might be playing. There’s another site, Sports Mole, that does match previews and predictions and stuff like that. Super helpful when you’re trying to get hyped for the game.
Oh, and I also found a preview specific to this match on this site called The Celtic Bhoys, which was pretty neat for a fan like me. They predicted the score and talked about which players might be out.
One time, I missed a game and wanted to watch the highlights. I’m pretty sure I found them on the BBC Scotland channel. They have a program called Sportscene that shows highlights. I remember that the highlights were on at 7:15 pm and then again at 11:50 pm. That was a while back, too, though.
I even found a website that had live scores and stats and stuff. It was helpful for following the game when I couldn’t watch it live. This time, it is difficult for me to find the live channel.

I was also digging into the history between these two teams. Apparently, Celtic has won like 26 out of the last 30 meetings with St. Johnstone. That’s wild! And St. Johnstone hasn’t won at Celtic Park in forever – since 2015, I think it said. But I remember that Daniel Swanson guy from St. Johnstone had scored one time before, but I forgot the details.
I was also looking into watching the game on Celtic TV, which is like the team’s own channel, I guess. I also stumbled upon some information about Celtic Park, which is Celtic’s stadium, on this website called Transfermarkt. But it seemed like it was more about the players and stuff, not really what I was looking for.
Anyway, that’s my whole journey of following Celtic vs. St. Johnstone. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster, trying to find ways to watch the games and get all the info, but it’s always exciting. Hope this was helpful to someone out there!
