Okay, so today I decided to dig into some Chael Sonnen quotes. I’ve always found him to be a super entertaining guy, and I wanted to see if I could collect some of his best lines.
First, I started by just hitting up Google. You know, the usual “Chael Sonnen quotes” search. This gave me a bunch of websites, mostly those quote aggregator sites. I clicked through a few of them.
Then I opened a new text document on my computer. I just wanted a simple place to paste the quotes I liked. As I browsed the websites, I copied and pasted the ones that stood out to me. Some were funny, some were boastful, and some were just plain outrageous – classic Chael!
- “If you ain’t cheatin’, you ain’t tryin’.” -I find it hilarious.
- “Anderson Silva, you absolutely suck!”-So rude,haha.
After I felt like I had a good collection from the general search, I moved on to YouTube. I figured there might be some good quotes in his interviews or fight promos that weren’t captured on those quote websites. I searched for things like “Chael Sonnen best interviews” and “Chael Sonnen trash talk.”
I watched a bunch of videos, and anytime he said something I liked, I paused it, typed the quote into my document, and noted the video title and timestamp. This was a bit more work, but I felt like I was getting some more unique material.
Finally, I organized all the quotes in my document.I just grouped it by topic.
It was a fun little project. Chael Sonnen is definitely a character, and I have a nice collection of his quotes to show for my efforts!
