Okay, so I’ve been meaning to get out to Crescent Pointe Golf Club for a while now. I’ve heard good things, and it’s not too far of a drive. Today was finally the day!

First thing I did was hop online to check out their tee times. I wanted to get a feel for how busy they were and what times were available. Found a slot that worked perfectly for my schedule.
Next, I loaded up my clubs into the car. Made sure I had enough golf balls, tees, my glove, all the essentials. I even threw in a couple of extra water bottles because it was supposed to be pretty hot out there.
The drive there was smooth, took about 30 mins I guess. Pulled up to the clubhouse and it looked really nice. Very well-maintained, you know? Gave me a good first impression.
I checked in at the pro shop. The guy behind the counter was friendly and got me all set up. Grabbed a scorecard and headed out to the first tee.
- The course itself? Really enjoyable.
- Fairways were in great shape, greens were rolling pretty true.
- There were a few challenging holes, definitely made me think about my shots.
- Not too crowded, which was great. Didn’t feel rushed at all.
I played, well, let’s just say I played “okay.” Didn’t break any records, but had a few really good shots that made me feel like a pro (for a brief moment, anyway!).

After the round, I stopped at the 19th hole – their little restaurant/bar area. Got a cold drink and relaxed for a bit, looking out over the course. Nice way to end the day.
Overall Thoughts
I’d def go back. I mean for the price and how close it is, it’s a sweet deal. I’d probably go back next month, I think.
