Today, I wanna talk about my experience with this game, Firestone. What a grind, man! But I’ve finally figured out a few things that helped me get through it.
So, first off, I spent a good chunk of time just figuring out who the heck to focus on. I tried a bunch of different heroes, leveled up all sorts of guys, you know, the usual. But then, I stumbled upon this hero called Solaine. Man, her first ability? It does 2000% damage! It’s insane! It just melts through those 3-star bosses like butter. And then her second ability? Freezes the target and makes them take 80% more damage from everything. What a beast!
After experimenting, I also found that focusing on Blaze, who you unlock at stage 400, is pretty awesome. By that point, you’ve probably got a good feel for the game, and Blaze just crushes it.
Another thing I realized is that you gotta be patient with the campaign. I was stuck for a while, trying to push through, but you really can’t do much until you hit character level 50. Once you hit 50, you can access the campaign from the Battles building. Then it’s a whole new ball game!
And those mythic chests? So satisfying! You get one legendary gear item and three epic gear items. Getting good gear makes a huge difference. Gear up your heroes, it’s worth the wait!
Oh, and about that “Train the guardian twice” quest. It used to drive me nuts! But then I figured out that you can level up the “Trainer Skills” talent in the Firestone Research Tree 1. It makes training the guardians so much easier. Don’t waste your time struggling like I did, just upgrade that talent.
Speaking of research, the research takes forever, man! It starts at 15 minutes for level 1, then it gradually increases up to 3 hours by level 30. To finish all researches with two research slots? That’s about 16 days. It’s a long haul, but keep at it. You’ll get there.
Here’s a quick rundown of what I did:
- Focused on leveling up Solaine and Blaze.
- Waited until character level 50 to tackle the campaign.
- Saved up for mythic chests to get that sweet, sweet gear.
- Leveled up the “Trainer Skills” talent to make guardian training a breeze.
- Kept grinding away at the research, even though it took forever.
It’s a grind, no doubt, but if you focus on these things, you’ll make progress. Trust me, I’ve been there. Just gotta keep at it, and you’ll be crushing those levels in no time. Good luck, and happy gaming!
