Okay, so, I’ve been wanting to watch some live sports, and I heard about fuboTV. I also wanted to catch some shows on SonyTV, but I wasn’t sure how to get them on my smart TV. I decided to look into it.

First, I turned on my Sony Smart TV and went to the Apps screen. There’s this little magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner that I clicked on to search for “Fubo”. I found the app pretty quick and just hit Install to get it onto my TV. Took a couple of minutes to download, not too bad. Once that was done, I selected Open to get into the app.
Now, I didn’t have a fuboTV account yet, so I had to sign up. I went with the Elite Plan because it had a ton of channels, around 250 I think, and it included some regional sports channels I wanted. It’s a bit pricey, around $90 a month, but it seemed worth it for what I was getting.
After setting up my account, I logged into the fuboTV app on my TV. Boom! Started streaming right away. It was pretty smooth, no issues. I was flipping through the channels, checking out the sports, and everything looked good.
Then, I went back to the main Apps screen to see if I could find SonyTV. Did the same thing, searched for it, found it, and installed it. This one was even faster to download.
Logged into SonyTV, and yep, all the shows I wanted were there. It’s really cool to have both of these apps on my TV now. No more messing with cables or switching inputs. Just a few clicks, and I’m watching whatever I want.

I will say, some folks online mentioned that using Apple TV is way better for fubo. I don’t have one, but it might be something to consider if you’re really into streaming and want the best experience. Also, I noticed that there are some filler channels on fubo, but there’s still plenty of good stuff to watch.
Honestly, the whole process was way easier than I expected. Just a few simple steps, and I was able to get both fuboTV and SonyTV up and running on my smart TV. Now I can watch live sports, catch my favorite shows, and it’s all in one place. Pretty awesome, right?
