Okay, so, I’ve been wanting to watch more NBA games lately, but I live outside the market of my favorite team. That’s where NBA League Pass comes in, right? But I also have Fios, and I wasn’t sure how to get them to work together. So, I did a little digging and experimenting, and here’s what I found out.
First off, I learned that NBA League Pass is basically this subscription service that lets you watch a bunch of out-of-market games. I mean, like up to 40 games a week! That’s a lot of basketball. And the cool thing is, some of them are even in HD, which is awesome because who wants to watch a blurry game, you know?
Now, I knew I could get NBA League Pass through Fios, which is my TV provider. So, I went through my TV menu to find it. It was right there in the sports section, easy to find.
I signed up for it right there through my TV. Now here is the important thing, since I bought it through Fios, I had to manage my subscription through them, too. Not a big deal, but good to know.
So, I started watching games. It was great! I could watch four games at once with this “League Wide” thing they have. It shows you the scores and how much time is left in each game right on the screen. Pretty neat, huh?
Oh, and I found out the difference between NBA TV and NBA League Pass. League Pass is more for watching regular season games from teams outside your area, while NBA TV is like a 24/7 channel with extra stuff like interviews and press conferences. I ended up getting both, because why not? More basketball for me!
So, yeah, that’s pretty much my experience getting NBA League Pass with Fios. It was all pretty straightforward, and now I’m watching way more basketball than before. If you’re a big NBA fan and you have Fios, I’d definitely recommend checking it out. You won’t regret it!
