Alright so here’s the thing, I got pretty tired of missing awesome Phillies game shots just because I couldn’t find ’em fast enough. You know how it is, you see an amazing Harper homer live, go online later… and nada? Yeah, me too. Wasted too much time digging through trash sites.

Got Mad and Started Clicking Everywhere
Seriously?? I thought it should be simple. First stop, the official Phillies app on my phone. Tapped around like crazy – news, rosters, ticket links… but finding clean game pictures? Forget it. Buried deep under layers, tiny thumbnails. Not good.
Then I jumped to that popular sports news app everyone uses. Scrolled miles of text articles about trades and injuries before finding a grainy image from like three games back. Totally useless for seeing that clutch catch from yesterday.
Figured It Out By Accident (Duh)
So I was hunting pictures specifically from the series opener against the Braves, got frustrated, and just typed something super specific into a regular search engine. And boom. Like magic, pages of images popped up – crisp, high-res, from the actual damn game.
Here’s exactly what clicked for me:
- Forget apps for finding pictures. They suck at it.
- Go straight to the browser.
- Type exactly “Phillies vs Braves game photos June 20” – see the date? Key.
- Change the filter to just images. Ignore the web results tab.
- Scrolled past maybe one or two irrelevant things, then bam! Perfect shots.
Made Life Easier (Finally)
Took that simple idea and ran with it. Now, right after a killer game, while the action’s fresh:

- Grab my phone or laptop, open the browser.
- Type: “Phillies” + opponent name + “game photos” + today’s date. Keep it simple!
- Hit enter, IMMEDIATELY switch to the images filter tab.
Works like a charm every single time now. Found last night’s Realmuto walk-off shot in literal seconds. No more app nightmares, no more endless scrolling through news pages. It’s seriously that stupidly easy once you know the trick. Saves me hours. Game changer.
