Alright, so I wanted to watch the Colorado Rockies game the other day. Here’s how I did it. I’m a big baseball fan, and the Rockies are my team, you know? First, I tried to find out where they were playing. Turns out, they have their home games at Coors Field, right in downtown Denver. I’ve heard it’s a cool stadium, mixing that old-school baseball feel with some modern tech. I learned that their season goes from April all the way to September, which is awesome!
Figuring Out the TV Situation
Next, I needed to know how to watch the games on TV. I found this channel called ROOT SPORTS. Apparently, that’s where you can catch the Mariners in the Pacific Northwest, but it also has some Rockies games. They have this “Channel Finder” thingy to help you see if ROOT SPORTS is available in your area. It looks like you can watch most regular-season games there, either through streaming or your regular cable TV provider.
Streaming Options
Since I’m more into streaming these days, I checked out some options. I saw that you can watch Rockies games on ESPN and TBS, but you gotta have the “Orange” package. And if you want to watch them on FOX and FS1, you need the “Blue” package. I’m not sure which one I should get.
My Plan
So, this is what I’m thinking. I’m definitely gonna try the Channel Finder for ROOT SPORTS. If that doesn’t work, I’ll probably look into one of those streaming packages. I really want to catch as many Rockies games as possible this season. It’s gonna be great to see them play at Coors Field, even if it’s just on my TV. I heard Monfort had something to do with the team? I need to look into that.
