Okay, so “rugby idaho” – that’s what I was digging into today. It all started because I was trying to find some local sports action, something different, you know?

Idaho Rugby Scene: Discover the Best Clubs and Training.

My Search Begins

I fired up my computer and started with a simple search. Just plain old “rugby Idaho” to see what would pop up. I figured there might be some college teams, maybe a local club or two. I wasn’t expecting much, honestly.

Digging Through the Results

The first few results were kinda all over the place. Some general stuff about rugby, some links to national organizations…nothing that really grabbed me. Then, I started noticing a few mentions of specific cities in Idaho – Boise kept coming up, and I think I saw something about Idaho Falls too.

So, I refined my search. I tried things like “rugby clubs Boise Idaho” and “rugby teams Idaho Falls.” That helped narrow things down a bit. I started seeing some actual team names and Facebook pages popping up.

Finding Potential Leads

This is where it got a bit more interesting. I found a couple of pages for what looked like amateur clubs. Some had pretty active social media, with pictures of games and practices. Others…well, let’s just say their last update was probably from a few years ago. I also stumbled across some information about college rugby programs in the state.

  • One page was upadated 3 years ago.
  • I saw some pictures looks intersting.
  • I think it is a team of college.

The Next Steps (Still Researching!)

Honestly, I haven’t quite found exactly what I was looking for yet. It seems like there’s definitely a rugby scene in Idaho, but it’s not super organized or easy to find information about. I am going to go deep.

My plan now is to reach out to some of these clubs directly through their Facebook pages. I want to see if they’re still active, if they’re accepting new players (even total beginners!), and when/where they practice. I’m also going to look into those college programs a bit more. Maybe there are some open-to-the-public games I could check out.

It’s been a bit of a rabbit hole, this whole “rugby Idaho” thing. But I’m determined to find something! I’ll keep you guys posted on what I discover. Maybe I’ll even end up on the field myself someday…who knows!
