You know, folks been askin’ me about that WWE thing, that wrestlin’ show. They say, “Is WWE PG?” Well, lemme tell ya, it ain’t what it used to be, that’s for sure. But is it still okay for the young’uns? That’s what everybody wants to know.

Is WWE PG For Kids? (Understanding WWEs TV Rating and Content)

I remember back in the day, it was wilder, rougher. Nowadays, they say it’s “PG.” What’s that even mean? PG, stands for, uh…Parental Guidance, that means. Means you gotta watch it with your kids, I reckon. Keep an eye on ’em.

They still got all that jumpin’ around and yellin’, you know. And them big ol’ fellas throwin’ each other around. My grandson, he loves it. Jumps all over the furniture, pretendin’ he’s one of them wrestlers. Drives me up the wall, I tell ya! But he likes it.

Now, I heard some folks talkin’, sayin’ that WWE done changed. They say it ain’t as rough as it was. Maybe they cleaned it up a bit for the kids, you know? They call it “family-friendly” now, that means everyone can watch it, even the kids.

  • That Triple H fella, he’s in charge now, I hear.
  • He says it’s gonna stay “PG.”
  • He says it’s a safe for families and kids.

They got that show, WWE Raw, that’s the big one. Used to be on regular TV, now it’s movin’ to that Netflix thing. My neighbor’s got it. He says it’s pretty good. Says you can watch all sorts of things on there. But that WWE Raw, it’s gonna stay PG, even on Netflix. That is good for kids to watch, I think.

Some folks, they don’t like that. They want it to be rougher, like the old days. They say “PG” is too soft. They want more…I don’t know…more action, I guess. But me? I think it’s alright. The kids like it, and that’s what matters, right?

I seen some of them matches, and yeah, they still do some crazy things. But it ain’t like they’re really hurtin’ each other, you know? It’s all for show. Like a big play, but with muscles and spandex.

They say WWE used to be for grown-ups. Not for kids. Too rough, they said. But now, they say it is for kids. They say it’s okay for kids, ’cause it’s “PG.” They even got their own channel now, that WWE channel. So many channels these days, it’s hard to keep up.

But lemme tell ya somethin’, even if it’s “PG,” you still gotta keep an eye on them young’uns. They get all riled up watchin’ that wrestlin’. They start jumpin’ around, tryin’ to copy them moves. You gotta make sure they don’t hurt themselves, or break your good lamp. I tell you that from my experience.

So, is WWE PG? Yeah, I guess it is. They say it is, anyway. And that Triple H fella, he says it’s gonna stay that way. So, if you got little ones who like that sort of thing, I reckon it’s alright to let ’em watch. Just keep an eye on ’em, and make sure they don’t try to body slam the cat. That will not make your day, I can tell you that.

That WWE, they make a lot of money, you know. Kids, they love it, they buy all that stuff. Hats, shirts, all that. It’s good for business, I suppose, that family-friendly.

Now, that WWE Raw, it will keep being TV-PG on Netflix, they say it is a safe place for kids and family. I think that is a good thing, many people like that way.

You know that Triple H, he said he wanna keep WWE TV a PG product, he said that many years ago. I think he is right, PG is good for family.

So there you have it. My two cents on that WWE and that PG thing. It ain’t like the old days, but it’s still entertainin’, I suppose. And if the kids like it, well, that’s all that matters, ain’t it? Just keep ’em from jumpin’ off the roof, and you’ll be alright.
