Alright, so I was messing around with this “Remnant 2” game, specifically the Forgotten Kingdom DLC. There’s this puzzle, right? It’s called the Moon Tile puzzle, and I gotta say, it had me scratching my head for a bit. I started by noticing these blue tiles, I thought to myself there is a puzzle there, and I decided to try to solve it.

I spent some time trying to find a pattern, moving around and observing what happened. Unlike some of the other puzzles, like the Imperial Gardens one, this one wasn’t immediately obvious. I know there’s a Cathedral of Omens with levers and shadows, but that’s a whole different thing, and I wasn’t there yet. I was in this place called the Hidden Library, inside either the Earthen Coliseum or the Proving Grounds, I can’t remember which. Anyway, I found this pressure plate after going up some stairs and turning left.
So, I stepped on the plate, and bam, this hidden door opens up. Behind it, there’s a boss fight. This boss, Atrophy, is a real pain. He’s a Root boss, and he just keeps slashing at you. I tried a few times, got my butt kicked, and then I realized I should probably focus on the puzzle first. I just had to figure out this Moon Tile thing.
The key, as it turns out, was something called the “New Moon.” I had to step on the completely blue tile first. Sounds simple, right? It took me a while to figure that out, honestly. There were all these different shades of blue, and I was trying all sorts of combinations. But, yeah, the solid blue one was the starting point.
Here’s how I finally cracked it:
- New Moon: Stepped on the fully blue tile.
Once I started there, the rest started falling into place. I managed to unlock whatever secrets the puzzle was hiding, but I won’t spoil that part. It’s more fun to figure it out yourself, trust me. I recorded my entire walkthrough on my stream, capturing all my failed attempts and that glorious moment when it finally clicked. It is fun to watch me fail and finally find the way. I just wanted to share my experience. Hopefully, this helps someone else who’s stuck on the same puzzle.

Good luck with your adventures in “Remnant 2.”
It’s a pretty cool game, even if some of these puzzles are a little tricky. This one wasn’t too bad once I figured out the New Moon thing. Keep at it, and you’ll get it!
