Okay, so, today I wanted to mess around with something called “q 12.” I’d heard about it a bit, and it seemed interesting. I started the whole thing in the morning. First, I did some digging around to understand what this was really about. It’s related to knowledge management and stuff, which I’m not super familiar with, but it sounded important for decision-making in big organizations. I found out that there are some key factors that affect the health and stability of, well, something – it wasn’t super clear, to be honest.

Then I stumbled upon something about attorneys in Kentucky needing some kind of certification for electronic filing. I thought, “That’s specific!” It seems like the Administrative Office of the Courts there provides training for this. It got me thinking about how different places have their own rules and systems.
Courts and Basketball
After that, I got a bit sidetracked. I read something about the Kentucky Court of Justice and how they need volunteers for reviewing foster care cases. That seemed like a pretty big deal, helping kids and all. Then, somehow, I ended up reading about a basketball team – apparently, a really famous one. There was talk about their national championships and some future NBA draft stuff. I’m not a huge sports guy, but it was interesting to see how passionate people were about it.
AI and Waves
Later in the afternoon, things got a little more technical. I read about how AI, like that ChatGPT thing, could change how psychiatry works. I thought about how technology is really changing everything these days, even the medical field. I also came across something about p-waves and s-waves, which I think are related to earthquakes, but I didn’t get into it too much. It was all a bit over my head.
I also noticed something about referencing other people’s work. It said that whenever you use someone else’s ideas, you gotta give them credit. Makes sense, right? Nobody likes their stuff being taken without acknowledgment.
The Importance of Clarity
Lastly, I found this little tidbit about teaching. It talked about the importance of “teacher clarity” when starting a new project. I guess it means being clear and upfront with students about what they’re gonna be doing. I can see how that would be helpful, not just in school, but in any kind of learning situation.

So, that was my day with “q 12.” It was a bit all over the place, but it was fun to explore different things. I learned a little about a lot, from legal stuff in Kentucky to AI in medicine and even a bit about teaching. I realized how important it is to give credit where it’s due and be clear when you’re teaching or explaining something. I didn’t really become an expert on anything, but I feel like I got a little bit wiser today.
- Started with some general research on knowledge management.
- Got sidetracked by Kentucky’s legal system and then basketball.
- Learned a bit about AI’s potential impact on medicine.
- Ended up thinking about the importance of clarity in teaching.
It was a good day. I think I’ll do something like this again soon. Maybe “q 13” next time? Who knows what I’ll find!
