So, I planned to catch a Baltimore Orioles game today. I’ve been watching the weather like a hawk all week because, you know, it’s spring in Baltimore – one minute it’s sunny, the next it’s pouring buckets.
I checked the forecast this morning, and it was not looking good. Cloudy skies, patchy fog, and a high chance of rain. Great, just my luck. I double-checked a few different weather apps, hoping one of them would magically predict sunshine, but nope. All said pretty much the same thing: rain likely, especially in the morning.
But, being the optimistic (or maybe just stubborn) fan that I am, I decided to look into it a bit more. I scoured the Orioles’ official website and some local news sites to see what the deal was with rain delays.
