Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this AI art generator, right? And I wanted to see if I could get a really cool picture of my cat, Rascal. He’s a total character, always getting into trouble, hence the name.
Getting Started
First, I picked an AI art tool. Didn’t really do much searching, and I just grabbed the first free one I found.
Next, I needed a good picture of Rascal. I spent like half an hour chasing him around the house with my phone. He’s not a fan of the camera, that little rascal.
- Tried to get him while he was napping… he woke up.
- Tried to lure him with treats… he ate the treats and ran.
- Finally got a decent shot while he was distracted by a sunbeam. Classic cat move.
Figuring Out the Prompts
This is where it got tricky. I had to tell the AI what I wanted. I started with something simple like “cat”. Yeah, that didn’t work. I just got some generic-looking cat.
So I added more details, like:
- “orange tabby cat”
- “mischievous expression”
- “sitting in a sunbeam”
It was getting better, slowly, I kept tweaking and adding more stuff, like “fluffy fur,”I changed the pose many times. Finally I added “photorealistic” to see what it looks like.
The Results (and More Tweaking!)
After a bunch of tries, I finally got something I liked! It actually looked like Rascal, with that little glint of mischief in his eyes. I was pretty amazed, to be honest. I mean, it’s not perfect, but it’s definitely him.
I played around with some of the settings. Changed the style. After many times, I felt pretty good. I guess it’s pretty done.
So yeah, that’s my little experiment with AI art and my cat, Rascal. It was fun, frustrating, and surprising all at the same time. I’d definitely try it again, maybe with a different subject next time. Maybe the dog… but he’s even harder to photograph than Rascal!
