Okay, so I saw this “Rasheen Ali 40” thing trending, and I was like, “What’s that all about?” I’m always up for a challenge, so I decided to dig in and see what I could find and do.

First, I hit up the search engines. You know, the usual spots. Typed in “Rasheen Ali 40,” and I got a bunch of stuff about some football player. Apparently, it is related to his 40-yard dash time.
I watched a few videos. Then I really started to look for a breakdown of how to run it, how he ran it, and all the good stuff about the 40 yard dash.
My Own 40-Yard Dash Attempt
Alright, time to put my money where my mouth is. I found a local track – gotta have a good, flat surface, right? – and warmed up. I did all of the warm up things.
- Stretching: Hamstrings, quads, calves – the whole nine yards. Gotta be loose, you know?
- Short Sprints: Did a few 10-yard bursts, then some 20-yard ones. Just to get the legs firing.
Then came the moment of truth. I lined up, took a deep breath, and exploded off the line. Honestly, it felt pretty good! I pumped my arms, focused on driving my knees, and just sprinted as hard as I * was a good run all in all.
The results? Not going to post it up, at least not just yet, haha, still have to make it better. It wasn’t pretty, but hey, that’s the starting point, right? I’ll for sure run a few more, record them and see what kind of progress I can make.

So, that’s my “Rasheen Ali 40” experience. It was fun, a good workout, and I can say I did what I went looking for!
