Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into golf stats lately, and I came across this whole “lowest handicap in golf history” thing. It got me totally hooked! I mean, who wouldn’t want to know who the absolute best golfer was, statistically speaking? So, I started my little investigation.

First, I hit up Google, obviously. I typed in all sorts of searches, like “lowest golf handicap ever,” “best golfer by handicap,” and even “golf handicap records.” I spent a good few hours just scrolling through articles, forums, and golf websites.
It’s mess and I even don’t know how to start it.

I just have to know how those guys calculate their skills by those number.
