Okay, so I’ve been seeing a lot of people asking about what headset TimTheTatman uses. And, you know, since I’m a huge fan and I want the best setup, too, I did some digging. I finally figured it out and I wanted to share my process.
First, I spent, like, an hour just watching his streams. I was looking super closely, trying to catch a glimpse of the logo or any distinctive features on his headset. It was tough! He moves around a lot, and the lighting isn’t always the best. I didn’t really get anywhere with that at first.
So, I hit up Google. I started with some basic searches, like “timthetatman headset” and “what headset does timthetatman use”. That brought up some forum posts and Reddit threads, a total mess, with people throwing out all kinds of different brand names.
I found out he use the Cloud Alpha.
After wading through all that, I found out the cloud alpha is his headset and for his collab,So I order it and wait about 3 days.
- The packaging was pretty, I’m not gonna lie.
- I took everything out, the headset, a detachable mic, and some cables.
- Plugged it into my PC.
After the initial setup,I used it for the first time,and I was able to hear all the tiny sounds, like footsteps and distant gunshots, so much *’s like night and day compared to my old one.
My Final Thoughts
I have to use this headset for one week,and I totally get why TimTheTatman uses the Cloud * sound is amazing, and they’re so comfy, even after wearing them for, like, five hours * you’re looking for a serious upgrade, I’d definitely say give these a try.
