Alright so today I started poking around in Void Stalker 2 again – heard some whispers about tricky hidden spots with juicy loot. Figured I’d share how I actually hunted ’em down step by step, no fancy guides needed.
The Stumbling Start
First I booted up my dusty save file near the Old Foundry zone. Grabbed my basic gear – you know, rusty knife, cracked helmet, that starter pistol with like three bullets left. Wandered around smashing crates like an idiot for ten minutes finding nothing but rotten food scraps. Realized I needed a smarter approach.
I remembered hearing about glow signs the devs left. Started squinting at walls instead of running past ’em. Noticed some pipes with bright orange paint marks near this big furnace thing. Followed ’em down a dead-end hallway. Scratched my head – nothing here! Kicked the wall in frustration… and boom, a section crumbled. Sneaky fake wall trick.
Following the Clues
Inside was tight and dark, smelled like burnt wires. Used my flashlight beam low to the floor – saw faint scuff marks dragging left. Followed ’em to a ventilation shaft hidden behind loose metal panels. Had to crawl through nasty gunk. Found:
- Ammo stash tucked behind a broken fan blade
- Sticky note with a weird number sequence: “4-7-1”
- And this busted-up map piece showing a waterfall icon
Took the note seriously. Headed towards Sewer Falls area northwest. Place is loud, water everywhere. Near the big main waterfall, saw four pipes sticking outta the wall… then seven pipes lower down… then one fat pipe off to the side. Remembered that “4-7-1” note. Jumped onto the fourth pipe from the right, balanced across to the seventh rusty one below it, then shimmied awkwardly over to that lonely single pipe.
Nailing the Hidden Spot
Almost fell twice – stupid wet boots. Anyway, reached the fat pipe’s end. Saw a tiny crack in the rock wall behind the water spray. Not obvious unless you’re RIGHT THERE. Shoulder-charged it three times, hurting myself like a doofus. Finally popped open like a weak vault door.
Inside? Oh man:
- Gold-plated heavy pistol with double magazine
- Three shiny armor upgrade plates
- A freaky alien artifact necklace glowing green
SCORE. Stuffed everything in my pack, grinning like an idiot. Total accidental treasure.
Bigger Lesson Learned
Moral of my dumb adventure? Stop rushing! The devs hide hints in plain sight – funky marked pipes, random numbers, even worn-out footpaths on the floor. Pay attention to trash notes and weird environmental details. If something looks slightly outta place, punch it or crawl behind it. Half the “secret” spots I found were just ’cause I got frustrated and kicked a random wall. Don’t overthink it!
