Tonight, I wanted to catch the Lakers game, but I wasn’t sure which channel it was on. So, I started my usual routine to figure it out.

Checking the TV Guide
First, I grabbed my remote and opened up the TV guide. Scrolled through the channels, looking for anything that mentioned the Lakers or NBA.
- Found a listing for a game on ABC, but it didn’t specify the teams.
- Saw another game mentioned on ESPN, but again, no team names.
Searching Online
Since the TV guide wasn’t very helpful, I decided to do a quick online search. Typed in “what channel is the Lakers game on tonight” into the search bar. I found a few results:
- One said the game would be on ESPN+ and Fubo.
- Another mentioned the game would be on ABC/ESPN and start at 5 p.m. Pacific time.
- Also saw something about the Lakers playing the Sacramento Kings on December 28th at the * Arena, I guess it’s not this game.
- Some results talked about the Lakers’ history and their rivalries with the Celtics and Spurs, which was kind of interesting, but not what I needed.
Figuring it Out
After going through the search results, I pieced things together. It looked like tonight’s game is probably on either ABC or ESPN, or maybe both. And it seemed like they play at 5 p.m. Pacific Time. There’s also an option to watch it on ESPN+ or Fubo if I wanted to stream it. I also found the game schedule, and it showed the next game is on November 14th against the Kings, and the tip-off is at 10:30 p.m. ET.
So, there you have it! That’s how I figured out where to watch the Lakers game tonight. It was a bit of a process, but now I can enjoy the game.
