Okay, so today I messed around with “Josh Hollywood,” and let me tell you, it was a bit of a ride. I’m gonna walk you through what I did, bumps and all.
Getting Started
First things first, I needed to figure out what this “Josh Hollywood” thing even was. Turns out, seems some stylish tool. Sounded cool, so I decided to give it a shot.
I started by, you know, finding the code. Gotta grab it before you can play with it, right?
Did that no problem.
The Thick of It
Next up, getting this thing to actually work. This is where things got a little… interesting. It wanted me to have some other stuff installed first. Dependencies, I guess they’re called. Annoying, but whatever.
I spent some time reading what document I could find, following some setup steps. More installing. Fun times.
Here’s a rough outline of what I did:
- I made sure I had the all the requirements.
- I cloned the main thing.
- Then, I did install all the requirments.
- After all that installing, the running of the application.
Did it Work?
Eventually, yeah, I got it running. Took a bit of fiddling, some error messages, and maybe a little bit of cursing, but it worked. Honestly, getting through all that felt like a win in itself.
I played around, used some command, the outcome looks great.
So, that was my day with “Josh Hollywood”. Not the smoothest ride, but hey, I learned something, and that’s always a good thing. Maybe I’ll mess with it more later, see what else it can do. For now, though, I think I’ve earned a break!
