Okay, so, my best friend is getting hitched, and I was in charge of planning her bachelorette party. We decided to go big or go home, and “big” meant Fenway Park. You know, because she’s a huge Red Sox fan. It was a whole thing, but it turned out awesome, so I thought I’d share how it all went down.

Getting Started
First, I gathered the troops, a.k.a. the bridesmaids and a few of the bride’s closest friends. We had a group chat going, which was a lifesaver. I threw out the idea of a Fenway night, and everyone was immediately on board. We all chipped in for the costs to make it easier.
Planning the Deets
Next up, tickets. This was the trickiest part. I checked the Red Sox schedule and found a game that worked for everyone. I called the group sales department at Fenway and booked a block of seats. They were super helpful, by the way. I also looked into getting a suite but it was way too expensive for us.
- Called Fenway group sales.
- Booked tickets for the group.
- Checked for suite availability but it was too pricey.
The Big Night
The day of the game, we all met up at a bar near Fenway for some pre-gaming. We had custom shirts made that said “Bride’s Crew” on the back, which was a fun touch. We walked over to Fenway, and you could feel the excitement in the air. Everyone got into Fenway smoothly.
Inside Fenway
Once we were inside, we hit up the concession stands. Fenway Franks, obviously. We took tons of pictures, cheered on the Sox, and just soaked up the atmosphere. It was a night game, so the lights and the energy were just amazing. The bride was having the time of her life, which was the whole point. It was so nice to see her enjoying herself.
Wrapping It Up
The Sox won, which was the cherry on top. After the game, we headed back to the bar to keep the party going. We rehashed the whole night, laughed a lot, and just enjoyed each other’s company.

All in all, it was a pretty epic bachelorette night. It took some planning, but seeing how happy it made my friend was totally worth it. If you’re thinking about doing something similar, I say go for it. Just make sure to start planning early, especially if you’re dealing with a big group. And don’t forget the custom shirts!
