Okay, today I wanna talk about what I did at 323y Hawthorne Path.

First off, I got a call from a friend who needed some help with a property he was looking at. He said it was a single-family home and gave me the address. I was like, “Sure, why not?” I’m always up for a little adventure.
So, I drove over there. It’s this place in Braselton, GA, apparently. I pulled up to this house, it was a decent size, looked like it had four bedrooms. I walked around the place, checked out the yard. It wasn’t for sale, but my friend wanted to get an idea of the property value and stuff.
I took some pictures, made some notes about the size – around 2,332 square feet, I think. The neighborhood seemed pretty quiet. I also looked up some information online about similar properties in the area, just to get a ballpark figure for my friend.
- Checked the exterior, seems well-maintained.
- Noted the number of rooms. Four, I believe.
- Estimated the square footage. It’s spacious enough.
- Searched for comparable homes nearby.
After that, I headed back home. Later, I got curious and searched for other places with similar addresses. I found one in Brooklyn, NY. This one was a multi-family home, smaller than the one in Georgia, about 2,096 square feet. It was in a walk-up building, which is pretty common in Brooklyn.
The differences
- One’s in Georgia, the other is in New York.
- Georgia one is a single-family, Brooklyn is a multi-family.
- Size difference is noticeable.
I dug a little deeper and found out that the Brooklyn property had hardwood floors and a spacious living area. I even managed to find some property records online, like ownership history, deeds, and tax assessments. Pretty interesting stuff, if you’re into that kind of thing.

Then there was another house, 3294 Hawthorne Path, also in Braselton. Bigger than the first one, around 2,650 square feet, also a four-bedroom. I guess that’s the standard around there.
Anyway, it was an interesting day. I got to see a couple of different properties and learned a bit about the real estate in these areas. It’s not every day you get to compare homes in Georgia and New York!
Oh, and I also stumbled upon some information about a brick ranch in Northern Randolph Co. It mentioned new shutters, new carpet, and new bathroom floors. Sounds like someone did some renovations. Thought it was worth a mention.
That’s all for now. Just wanted to share my little real estate adventure of the day. You never know what you’ll find when you start poking around these addresses.
