Okay, here’s my story about that golf course:

So, the other day I decided to check out this place called Unicorn Golf Course in Stoneham, Massachusetts. I’d heard some good things about it, and I was itching to get out on the green. I packed up my clubs and headed over to 460 William St. – that’s where it’s at.

Getting There

It was a pretty easy drive, and parking was no problem. I grabbed my bag and walked toward the clubhouse. The first thing I noticed was how well-kept everything looked. I mean, this place is nice!

Hitting the Course

I paid for my round – it’s a 9-hole course, by the way – and teed off. Man, the fairways were like a dream. Tight, lush, just perfect. And the greens? Pure bent, smooth as silk. I’ve played on some rough courses before, but this was a whole different ball game.

  • The course is 3,234 yards.
  • It’s a par 35.
  • They say the course rating is 73.

I moved through the course, and I gotta say, it was a real pleasure to play. Not too tough, not too easy. I even managed to sink a few birdies! This golf field is good for all skill levels, I even saw some kids and adults taking lessons, I guess they would become golf players when they grow up, I heard people said that those starting early are more likely to play golf as adults.

Wrapping Up

After I finished my round, I grabbed a drink at the clubhouse. I sat there for a while, just taking in the scenery. It’s a really peaceful spot. I chatted with a few other golfers, and they all seemed to agree – Unicorn is a gem. They told me that the course is a jewel of the Boston area.
