Okay, so, I gotta tell you about this whole WrestleMania pre-show thing. It was a wild ride, let me tell you!

Dont Miss the WrestleMania Pre-Show: All the Action Before the Main Event

First off, I started by figuring out when this whole shebang was going down. Turns out, it was on April 6th and 7th, right before the main WrestleMania event. I marked it on my calendar, because, you know, priorities.

Then, I dug around to see what matches were even happening during the pre-show. They called it the “Countdown to WM,” which I thought was pretty catchy. I found out that there were supposed to be four matches spread across the two-hour pre-show, which they call the Kickoff.

  • I learned that the main show was set to kick off at 8 p.m. ET, with the pre-show starting an hour earlier at 7 p.m. ET. Perfect, gives me time to grab some snacks!
  • I also read somewhere that they expected each night’s main card to last around four hours. That’s a long time, but hey, it’s WrestleMania!

Then, I dove deep into the history books. I remembered hearing about this epic match between Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker at WrestleMania 25. People still talk about that one! It got me thinking about all the other crazy moments that have happened during these pre-shows over the years.

Before each night, I set up a little pre-show viewing party at my place. I whipped up some snacks, invited a few buddies over, and we all gathered around the TV. Then, I started to watch the “Countdown to WrestleMania 40” in Pepsi Plaza at Lincoln.

We watched the pre-show, which honestly felt like more of a talk show than anything else. They talked about the upcoming matches, showed some hype videos, and basically just got everyone pumped up for the main event. I wrestled with the idea of whether or not a 30-minute pre-show was really necessary, but hey, it’s tradition.

Dont Miss the WrestleMania Pre-Show: All the Action Before the Main Event

Finally, I witnessed all the action of WrestleMania Saturday, including United States Champion Austin Theory against John Cena and witnessed all the action of WrestleMania Sunday, including Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns against Cody Rhodes. It’s really an amazing show!

All in all, it was a pretty awesome experience. I got to witness some great wrestling, hang out with friends, and be part of the whole WrestleMania hype. Would I do it again? You bet I would!
