Okay, so, I’m a huge fan of the Golden State Warriors. The other day, I was like, “I gotta know when their next game is.” So, I grabbed my phone and started searching online.
First, I hit up ESPN. Their website is usually pretty good for this kind of stuff. I found their schedule page. It listed a bunch of games with dates and opponents, like they played against Portland on October 23rd and Utah on the 25th, winning both. Cool!
But that wasn’t what I was after. I wanted to know the next game. So I kept digging.
I found another site going on about how to watch Warriors games on TV. It talked about channels like NBC Sports Bay Area and some streaming services. Not super helpful for finding their next game date, but I guess it’s good to know, especially because I dont have cable.
Then, I went back to ESPN and looked at their live scores and video highlights. Nothing about the next game there either. I was getting a little annoyed at this point.
I stumbled upon some random website that said the Warriors’ next match would be on December 28, 2024, against the Los Angeles Clippers. That seemed more like it! It even had a countdown timer, which was kind of cool. There was also a game on October 15th against the Los Angeles Lakers, but it seemed like an error.
While I was searching, I also saw something about the Warriors’ history against the Indiana Pacers. Apparently, Indiana has won 6 out of their last 10 games against them. Huh, interesting, but not really what I needed.
Another thing I noticed was some betting odds for a Warriors vs. Lakers game. It said the Warriors were slightly favored to win. I don’t really bet, so I just moved on. It also mentioned that the team moved from Oakland to San Francisco, which I already knew.
So yeah, after all that searching, I finally figured out that the Warriors’ next game is on December 28th against the Clippers. It took a bit of digging, but I got there in the end!
