Okay, so, I had this little project today, right? I needed to check out a place at 15214 SW 80th St, Miami, FL 33193. Now, I’ve been doing this kind of thing for a while, so I’ve got my routine down.

First thing’s first, I did some digging online. Found a bunch of stuff about a similar address, 15221 SW 80th St. Seems like it’s a condo building with apartments for rent. Saw some ads for 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, with prices around $2700 and $2500 a month. They talked about it being close to shopping centers, schools, and the main roads. Pretty standard stuff, you know?
So, I hopped in my car and drove over there. Figured I’d see the area for myself. Got there, and it was pretty much what I expected. A bunch of apartment buildings, looked kinda nice, I guess. The whole neighborhood, Kendall West, seemed decent enough. Quiet, residential. Lots of families around, I reckon.
I walked around a bit, trying to get a feel for the place. Couldn’t go inside the building at 15214, of course, but I got a good look from the outside. It’s probably similar to the one at 15221, maybe a bit different in layout.
Snapped some pictures with my phone, just to have a record. Always good to have visuals, especially when you’re trying to remember details later on.
- The place is in a residential area.
- Seems like a family-friendly neighborhood.
- The buildings look pretty well-maintained.
- Close to shops and schools, which is convenient.
Observations:
Anyway, that was pretty much it. Just a little recon mission. Nothing too exciting, but hey, it’s all part of the job. You gotta do the legwork, see things with your own eyes, you know? Gotta say, though, those rental prices are something else. Miami living ain’t cheap, that’s for sure.

After getting what I needed, I hopped back in my car and headed home. Another day, another address checked off the list. Now, time to write it all up and file it away. On to the next one!
