Okay, so let me tell you about this game I played – the NM State versus Liberty game. It was a wild ride, I gotta say.

First off, I got my hands on the tickets. I remember it was for the November 26th game. Hyped up, I started following the teams, checking out their stats and all that. New Mexico State, or NM State as they’re called, had a decent record, 1 win and 1 loss, but no wins in the Conference USA (CUSA) yet. Liberty, on the other hand, was undefeated, 2-0, and they were the reigning CUSA champs. I thought, “This is gonna be interesting.”

So, game day arrived. I headed to the stadium, all excited. The atmosphere was electric, you could feel the tension in the air. The game kicked off, and man, it was intense from the get-go.

  • I watched as both teams fought tooth and nail.
  • NM State was really giving it their all, trying to upset the champions.
  • Liberty was playing like, well, champions.

I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, cheering, shouting, the whole nine yards. There were moments when I thought NM State might actually pull it off, but Liberty was just too strong. They had this solid defense and their offense was on fire.

In the end, Liberty won the game. I have to admit, they deserved it. They played a great game. But you know what? NM State didn’t make it easy for them. They really put up a good fight. I later found out that they swept them increasing its streak to 12 straight sets won

After the Game

After the game, I started digging a bit deeper. I checked out the box score, the player stats, and all that jazz. It was interesting to see how each player performed, who scored the most points, who made the most tackles, etc. I even found some expert recaps and analyses online, which gave me a better understanding of the game’s dynamics. And found out that NM State even swept Liberty, increasing its streak to 12 straight sets won.

I also stumbled upon some technical stuff while browsing. There were these terms like “binary format” and “CodePlex.” And something about renaming a file named “.htaccess” to “_.thaccess”, I didn’t really get what that was about, but it sounded like some website-related stuff. Anyway, it was an experience, to say the least. I mean, who knew a simple football game could lead to all this? Now that i have played it first time in 2025, I can’t wait for the next game.
