Okay, so the other day I was watching some golf, I think it was the Masters, maybe? Anyway, Jason Day steps up, and I’m like, hold on, what is he wearing? It definitely caught my eye. Wasn’t the usual golf gear you see all the time.
My Little Search Mission
Naturally, my first move was grabbing my phone. You know how it is, see something interesting, gotta look it up right away. I popped open my browser and just typed something simple like “jason day clothes masters” or maybe it was “what is jason day wearing today golf”. Can’t remember exactly, just mashed something in there.
Got a bunch of results back, of course. Lots of news articles talking about the tournament, some photos. I scrolled through a bit, looking at the pictures to make sure it was the same outfit I saw. You know, the vest thing and those kinda baggy pants?
Finding the Brand
Took a bit of digging. Some sites just talked about his game, others had older pictures. I think I clicked on a couple of golf fashion blogs or maybe a sports news recap that mentioned the outfits specifically. Had to sift through the noise.

- Looked for articles mentioning player apparel.
- Tried searching the brand name once I saw it mentioned.
The Big Reveal (For Me, Anyway)
Eventually, I landed on it. Seems he’s wearing stuff from a brand called Malbon Golf. Never really paid much attention to them before, but yeah, that was it. The vest, the pants, it all matched up with their style.
It was definitely… different. More streetwear vibe than typical golf attire. The pants were quite loose, and that patterned vest was really out there compared to the usual solid colors you see on the fairway. Interesting choice, for sure. Made him stand out, gotta give him that.
So yeah, that was my little investigation. Just saw something, got curious, and did a quick search. Turns out it was Malbon Golf. Always interesting to see players push the style boundaries a bit. Took me maybe 5-10 minutes of poking around on my phone. Simple as that.
