So, I was trying to catch the Ballon d’Or 2023 live stream. You know, the big award for the best football player. I figured it shouldn’t be too hard to find, right?
First, I did a quick search. Turns out, it was going to be on beIN SPORTS. Okay, cool, I thought I had it. But then I realized that I don’t have a subscription for that channel. Bummer!
- Checked for different sports channels I have.
- No luck there either.
Then I remembered seeing something about a YouTube channel. Yeah, the ceremony was supposed to be streamed live on L’equipe’s YouTube channel. And guess what? It was supposed to be free! Score!
I went to YouTube and searched for L’equipe. Found their channel pretty easily. They had a live stream scheduled for the Ballon d’Or. Perfect!
Watching It Live
I ended up watching the whole ceremony on YouTube. It was pretty smooth. No buffering or anything. They had the whole shebang: the red carpet, the interviews, and of course, the awards.
