Man, today I just wanted to figure out how tall this golfer, Min Woo Lee, is. I mean, I was watching him on the course, and he seemed pretty tall, but I just had to know for sure.

So, I did what anyone would do – I pulled out my phone and started searching. I tried different things, like “Min Woo Lee height,” “Min Woo Lee height in feet,” and “Min Woo Lee height compared to other golfers.” You know, the usual stuff.
I found a bunch of different websites, but they all seemed to have slightly different numbers. Some said he was 6 feet tall, others said he was 6’1″ or even 6’2″. It was kind of frustrating, to be honest. I just wanted a straight answer!
Then, I stumbled upon this one forum where people were discussing his height. Some folks were saying he’s definitely over 6 feet, based on seeing him in person next to other players. Others were bringing up old articles that mentioned his height, but they were all from a few years ago, so who knows if they were still accurate.
I even tried looking at pictures of him standing next to other golfers whose heights I knew. That kind of helped, but it wasn’t exact. You know how pictures can be deceiving sometimes.
Tried to figure it out myself
- Compared him to other golfers: I tried to compare his height with other players whose heights I knew.
- Looked at pictures: I analyzed photos to see how tall he appears.
After spending way too much time on this, I decided to just go with the most common answer I found, which was 6’1″. I figure that’s probably pretty close to his actual height, even if it’s not 100% accurate.

Anyway, that’s the story of how I wasted a good chunk of my day trying to find out Min Woo Lee’s height. I guess some mysteries are just meant to remain unsolved. Or at least, not easily solved by a simple internet search.
I started to wonder if there’s a standard way of measuring athletes’ heights. Like, do they do it barefoot or with shoes on? Do they do it in the morning or at night? I mean, people’s heights can change throughout the day, right?
I went down a rabbit hole, reading about how height is measured in official sports. Turns out, it’s usually done barefoot, and often in the morning. But even then, there can be inconsistencies.
So, yeah, I still don’t know Min Woo Lee’s exact height for sure, but I guess it doesn’t really matter. He’s a great golfer, and that’s all that counts. Still, it’s kind of funny how a simple question like that can lead to such a wild goose chase.
